- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups flour
- Dash of salt
Filling:
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 6 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
Instructions:
- Mix crust ingredients well and press into a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until lightly browned; let rest.
- Combine flour and sugar.
- Mix in lemon juice and eggs
- Pour onto slightly cooled crust.
- Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
- Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
