Lemon Bars

Crust:
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • Dash of salt
Filling:
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 6 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice

Instructions:
  • Mix crust ingredients well and press into a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until lightly browned; let rest.
  • Combine flour and sugar.
  • Mix in lemon juice and eggs
  • Pour onto slightly cooled crust.
  • Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
  • Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
