- 2 lb pork tenderloin
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 orange bell pepper, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 16-oz crushed pineapple, drained
Instructions:
- Combine meat, sugar, spices, and cornstarch. Coat pork with seasonings. Place coated tenderloin into a crockpot.
- Add garlic and peppers.
- Pour in soy sauce, apple juice, and pineapple.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours.
Serve with rice. Delicious!!
