- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup fine bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup butter
- salt and pepper to taste
- milk and flour
Directions:
- Combine bread crumbs and parmesan cheese.
- Dip chicken breasts in flour, then milk, then coat with bread and parmesan cheese mixture.
- Melt butter in a frying pan; add breasts and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Brown until golden on each side.
- Reduce heat; cover and cook for 20-30 minutes or until done.
