- 3 cups of water
- 4 tsp chicken bouillion
- 4 tsp garlic- minced
- 1/2 bunch cilantro
- 1 can green chiles, diced
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 onion
- 3 cups of rice (or 2 cups of basmati rice)
Directions:
- Blend cilantro, green chiles and onion together in food processor. Bring water to a boil and add all ingredients. Stir well and boil for one minute.
- Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
