Mom's Mexican Rice Over Fritos

1 lb. ground beef
1 large onion
Brown together in skillet, drain
Add:
1 can tomato paste
1 can water from tom. paste can
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp accent
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt

Let simmer ½ hour, then add 2 cups minute rice.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Put rice on king size fritos, top with grated cheese, olives, sour cream, onions, lettuce, avocado, tomatoes.
