Avocado Tortilla Pizza

4 flour tortillas
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 can RoTel Tomatoes/Green Chilis
Chopped black olives, onions, green pepper
Olive Oil
Grated Mexican Cheese Blend
Sliced Avocados
Sour Cream
Salsa

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Brown ground beef.  Add RoTel Tomoatoes/Green Chilis.  Cook until liquid is absorbed.  Brush both sides of tortillas with olive oil.  Place on lightly greased cookie sheets.  Spread hamburger mixture over tortillas.  Spread chopped olives, onions, and green peppers as desired.  Sprinkle with grated cheese.  Bake at 400 degrees until edges of tortilla are lightly browned and veggies are crisp tender.  Place sliced avocados over pizza.  Serve with sour cream and salsa
