Sweet Potato Mixture:
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2 egg well-beaten
- 1/2 cup butter
- 4 cups cooked, mashed sweet potatoes (about 4 large sweet potatoes)
Topping:
- 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup butter
Instructions:
- Combine sweet potato mixture and pour in 9x13 casserole dish.
- Combine crust in a separate bowl and sprinkle on top of sweet potato mixture.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Allow to set 30 minutes before serving.
