1 lb lean ground beef
1 (12-oz) package bow tie noodles
1 (26-oz) jar spaghetti sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
Brown ground beef in a small pan over medium heat. Meanwhile, cook noodles according to package directions. After noodles are cooked, drain off water and drizzle noodles with olive oil. Mix in spaghetti sauce. Add browned beef, seasonings, cheese, and sour cream. Fold together and allow it all to combine and heat through over low heat for about 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Serve with simple green salad and load of French bread to complete your meal.
Makes 6 servings.
