1 lb ground beef or turkey
1 large jar marinara sauce
1 16 oz carton nonfat cottage cheese
1 lb grated monterey jack or mozzarella cheese (can use fat-free)
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 8-oz pkg lasagna noodles
Brown meat and drain.
Cover bottom of 9x13 dish with thin layer of marinara sauce. Top with one layer of uncooked noodles. Mix remaining sauce with meat and spread half over noodles. Spread cottage cheese on top and cover with half of mozzarella cheese. Another layers of noodles, meat sauce, then top with remaining cheeses.
Cover tightly with foil and bake at 400 degrees for one hour.
