Simple Sesame Noodles

From The Pioneer Woman

Ingredients:


Japanese Noodles
Chicken Breasts
Mushrooms (optional)
  • 1/4 cups soy sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 3-4 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 2 Tablespoons Rice Vinegar
  • 2-3 Tablespoons Pure Sesame Oil
  • ½ teaspoons Hot Chili Oil
  • 4 Tablespoons Canola Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Hot Water

Cook Japanese noodles according to package.
Sauté cut-up chicken and mushrooms in a splash of oil.  Add a drop of soy sauce and a sprinkle of red pepper flakes.


For sauce, add one ingredient at a time.  After adding the hot water, whisk the mixture together. Pour sauce over warm noodles, chicken, and mushrooms and toss with tongs.
